Diversity Integration

Diversity Integration was started by Lila Kelly of Lila Kelly Associates, LLC in 2015. We provide online training to help organizations identify and eliminate bias and barriers for diverse applicants and employees. These online training courses are designed to build individual and organizational cultural competencies for interviewing and hiring a diverse workforce that reflects the increasingly diverse population.
